Purchase Terms

At a glance: one-time purchases in USD, manual email delivery estimated within 24 hours after payment, and all sales final except where applicable law requires otherwise.

1. Orders & payment

These terms apply to digital lead-package purchases from Nova Leads at novadataleads.com. By placing an order, you agree to these purchase terms and confirm you are authorized to make the purchase for yourself or your business.

Your selected package, record quantity, state preferences, and total are displayed before payment. All listed prices are in US dollars (USD). Filtering out up to 15 default states and adding any of the 11 listed free states are included at no extra charge.

Stripe securely processes payment for each order. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. The Nova Leads checkout integration charges for the current purchase and does not save a card for future orders. Payment status and your order number appear on the confirmation screen after successful payment.

2. Digital delivery

Our team prepares and sends your selected file by email. Delivery is estimated within 24 hours after payment is confirmed. The estimate is not a guarantee of an exact delivery time.

Please provide a working email address and accurate order details. If your file has not arrived within the estimated time, check your spam folder and contact admin@1099healthsolutions.com with your order number. We will review delivery or file-access issues with you. No physical item is shipped.

3. Refunds & cancellations

All sales are final. Digital lead-package purchases are non-refundable and cannot be canceled, except where required by applicable law. Because files are delivered electronically, there is no physical return process.

If there is a problem with payment, delivery, or access to a file, contact our support team with your order number so we can review it. These terms do not limit any rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

4. Using your data

Package descriptions identify the audience, quantity, and included selections. Data can change over time; a purchase does not guarantee responses, appointments, sales, or other campaign results.

LLR means landline removed. It is a description of phone-type filtering, not a certification that a number may be called or texted. Purchasing a file does not, by itself, establish permission for your particular outreach.

You are responsible for using the data lawfully and for the consent, do-not-call, opt-out, suppression, and other requirements that apply to your activities. Do not use the service or data for unlawful conduct.

5. Your next-order discount

Each successfully paid package order earns a unique code for 15% off a subsequent order. Your code appears on the confirmation screen, together with its expiration date.

No minimum purchase is required.
The reorder window is 15 days from the original order date. The exact expiration is shown with your code.
Each code can be redeemed once, on a subsequent order placed before expiration.
Enter the code in the Nova Leads order-details form before continuing to Stripe. The discounted total is shown before payment.
One code may be applied per checkout. A code is not cash and does not apply retroactively to the order that earned it.

The storefront currently has no customer sign-in. Anyone holding an unused, valid code may redeem it, so keep your code private. These conditions apply to the code issued with your order.

6. Support & updates

Contact Nova Leads at admin@1099healthsolutions.com for order, delivery, file-access, or billing questions. Include your order number, but do not email card numbers, security codes, bank details, or government identifiers.
