1. Information we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, optional company name, selected packages and quantities, state preferences, discount code, and any order notes you provide.
- Payment and transaction details: Stripe processes your payment. We receive payment status, transaction identifiers, amounts, and limited payment information made available by Stripe. We also keep the policy version acknowledged with an order and the time that acknowledgment was recorded. Our website does not receive or store your full card number or security code.
- Support communications: information you send us by email or in connection with an order. Please do not send card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information in order notes or support messages.
- Lead-file information: the data products we offer contain names, phone numbers, and states. Nova Leads collects these records directly through its own collection activities.
- Technical information: our hosting and payment providers may process IP addresses, browser or device information, and access or security logs when providing their services.
2. How we use your information
We use buyers’ checkout contact details for order fulfillment and customer support. This includes confirming payment, preparing and delivering files, answering questions, and providing the reorder discount associated with a purchase. We do not use these contact details for unrelated marketing or sell them as part of our lead packages.
Separately from buyer checkout information, we curate lead records and sell the selected data files to business buyers for their campaigns. The use of those files by a buyer is subject to that buyer’s own responsibilities and privacy practices.
We also process transaction and technical records as needed to operate and secure the website, prevent fraud, maintain business records, address refunds or payment disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations.
4. Browser storage and third-party services
The storefront uses your browser’s session storage to keep a pending checkout available if you return from a canceled payment. It is cleared by the storefront after a successful checkout and normally ends when the browser session ends. Stripe and Netlify may use their own cookies or similar technologies for payment, security, and service operation.
The current storefront does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Third-party services and linked websites have their own privacy practices. See Stripe’s privacy notice and Netlify’s privacy notice.
5. Retention and protection
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including order support, recordkeeping, dispute handling, and legal obligations. We use access controls and service providers to help protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
6. Your requests and choices
You may contact admin@1099healthsolutions.com to ask about your information or request access, correction, deletion, or an opt-out of sale where applicable. We respond to requests within the timeframes required by applicable law. Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you additional rights. We may need to verify your identity and retain information where an applicable legal obligation or exception permits or requires it. Contacting us does not require sending government identification or financial details in your initial email.
Lead-file removal and opt-out: if you want your information removed from future lead files, or want to opt out of future sale of your lead information, email us with the subject “Privacy request.” Identify the phone number and state concerned and state your request. Our team reviews and verifies requests manually and suppresses verified records from future files. We may retain the minimum information needed to honor a suppression request. We also review requests concerning information already provided to buyers as required by applicable law. Do not send a Social Security number or financial information. Buyers are responsible for their own handling of purchased data and their outreach practices.
7. Children and international processing
Our service is intended for business purchasers and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect checkout information from children. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or obligations change. The effective date and version are shown at the top of this policy. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
